What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Writing modular constrained-random Verilog, System Verilog, and UVM/VMM testbenches
  • Executing system-level tests to verify firmware in the prototype environment
  • Assessing functional coverage, assertion coverage, and code coverage during verification
  • Implementing FPGA modules for validating firmware on hardware setups
  • Creating and updating test plans and test cases
  • Monitoring simulation regressions and analyzing failure cases
  • Scripting for automating firmware verification process
  • Tracking issues in Jira and documenting in Confluence


What You’ll Need:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in the penultimate year of study
  • Hands-on experience in writing test cases in Verilog and System Verilog
  • FPGA RTL development and hardware validation experience is desired
  • Excellent programming skills in Python or C
  • Basic understanding of assembly language programming and RISC processors
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl and working in a Linux environment
  • Familiarity with VMM/UVM verification methodology
  • Good understanding of test coverage and code quality metrics
  • Basic knowledge of high-speed digital & mixed-signal design is desired
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GIT/SVN/Perforce) is an asset
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence platforms
  • Good organization and communication skills for interacting between different teams
