Sr Staff Product Marketing Manager, Structures
- Develop and deliver value-based messaging for Ansys Structures products (Mechanical, Additive, Motion, etc.) in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Lead go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner engagement, and regional sales alignment.
- Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and differentiate Ansys solutions.
- Create and maintain sales enablement collateral such as presentations, use-cases, battle cards, customer case studies, and solution guides.
- Design and execute marketing plans and lead-generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key initiatives.
- Manage product marketing execution for new feature and product launches as part of biannual release cycles.
- Develop marketing collateral including web content, product feature videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and solution-oriented content in partnership with Corporate Marketing.
- Coordinate with field and corporate marketing to promote Ansys products in line with overall strategy and programs.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teams to ensure targeted lead generation programs that meet sales objectives.
- Track and report on business unit leads and campaign performance to measure success against goals.
- Manage complex global multi-product marketing campaigns and projects.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing tactics ROI across the customer journey.
- Drive awareness and adoption of Ansys Structures solutions within key markets and customer segments.
- Enable sales teams with strategic content and insights to accelerate pipeline growth and conversions.
- Strengthen Ansys' competitive positioning and market leadership through differentiated messaging and campaigns.
- Expand the reach of Ansys products via effective co-marketing partnerships and targeted campaigns.
- Enhance customer engagement by providing relevant, compelling collateral and use-cases that address real-world challenges.
- Support the achievement of revenue and growth goals through impactful go-to-market execution.
- Deliver measurable ROI on marketing initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion the voice of the customer in product and marketing decisions.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the marketing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree or advanced certification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally within software, CAE, or CAD domains.
- Expertise in translating product functionality into clear customer value propositions and messaging.
- Proven track record managing complex projects and global product marketing campaigns.
- Strong functional expertise in digital, social, web, and account-based marketing.
- Experience supporting B2B demand generation campaigns and analyzing competitive landscapes.
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
- Product Marketing Alliance Certification is a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented marketer with B2B or B2C experience.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence at all levels.
