You Are:

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in electrical or computer engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in post-silicon validation. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage projects and coordinate with various teams. Your proficiency with tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban, makes you an invaluable asset in managing complex projects. You are familiar with hardware development processes, industry standards for ESD and reliability, and software development methodologies. Your ability to work independently with limited supervision, tackle complex issues, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures the successful delivery of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Help coordinate Silicon Validation teams regarding overall project tracking for various test, hardware, and software deliverables.
  • Represent the team in stakeholder meetings, identifying and tracking team commitments and milestones.
  • Help coordinate Silicon Validation team intern recruitment.
  • Identify needed resources to achieve timely deliverables; identify and escalate issues.
  • Communicate with external vendors for pricing, scheduling, and shipment.
  • Manage hardware order tracking and fulfillment with internal and external customers, including inventory management.
  • Complete new vendor evaluation processes.
  • Manage software licensing flow and process.

  • Enhance team coordination and communication, leading to improved project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and development of new talent within the Silicon Validation team.
  • Facilitate resource allocation and issue resolution, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, optimizing pricing and scheduling.
  • Streamline hardware order tracking and inventory management processes.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Oversee software licensing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in post-silicon validation.
  • Proficiency with MS Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with hardware development processes and flows.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for ESD and reliability.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies.
