You Are:

You are a seasoned ASIC/SoC/IP Engineer with a passion for driving customer success and delivering innovative solutions. With extensive experience in IC design and verification, you thrive in customer-facing roles where you can leverage your technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You are committed to understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions that meet their needs while positioning Synopsys' products as the top choice in competitive situations. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Program Management, and Marketing, ensures that you can deliver winning solutions that drive business success. You possess a strategic perspective on IP product lines and can discuss technical requirements in detail with both customers and engineering teams. Your self-motivation, organizational skills, and project management capabilities make you a valuable asset in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Articulating the business and technical value of our solutions and products to senior managers and technical decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
• Positioning our technical solutions in competitive situations.
• Liaising between our worldwide technical, marketing, and sales leaders.
• Owning and driving technical solution strategy and design.
• Supporting sales and BU management in setting negotiation parameters.

What You’ll Need:

• Solid technical background in IC design and verification.
• Experience in a sales support or direct customer-facing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 15+ years of experience, or a relevant Master’s degree with 11+ years of experience.
• Experience with technical requirements and applications for semiconductor IP product lines.
