What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with local and global teams to develop advanced analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuit layouts using Synopsys’ industry-leading tools.
- Designing layout for SERDES subcircuits (RX, TX, PLL, etc.) with optimization for signal integrity and reliability.
- Implementing ESD constraints, latch-up mitigation, and reliability-focused layout techniques (EM, IR, matching, proximity effects).
- Applying custom digital layout strategies, including logic cell design and routing, to ensure robust analog/digital integration.
- Utilizing verification tools and scripting to automate design checks, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.
- Preparing and presenting technical layout material for internal and external stakeholders.

- Support customer engagements by presenting technical solutions and addressing complex design challenges.
What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge in layout of analog and mixed signal CMOS circuits, including SERDES subcircuits.
- Expertise in signal integrity optimization, ESD constraints, latch-up mitigation, and reliability-focused layout techniques.
- Experience with custom digital layout (logic cell design, routing) and parasitic layout effect optimization.
- Proficiency with custom analog layout tools such as Custom Compiler (or equivalent), and verification tools like ICV, Star-RCXT, PERC.
- Experience with Jira/Atlassian tools, MS Office Suite, and exposure to scripting languages (TCL, PERL, etc.).
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
