What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and develop medium-complexity analog circuit blocks for high-speed serial transceivers.
- Define and plan analog design activities, including schedules and technical milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and lead design reviews, tracking and implementing agreed improvements for better circuit performance.
- Analyze layout-related parasitic effects and collaborate closely with layout teams to optimize performance, power, and area.
- Perform silicon-to-simulation correlation and contribute to ongoing design refinement and validation processes.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and supporting collaborative problem-solving across the global organization.

What You’ll Need:
- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.
- Experience with one or more analog/mixed-signal IC design tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys Custom Compiler).
- Comfortable working in UNIX-based environments.
- Industry experience in CMOS analog design or advanced academic specialization (ADC, DAC, PLL, Rx, Tx, voltage references) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SerDes system-level concepts is a plus.
