What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop medium-complexity analog circuit blocks for high-speed serial transceivers.
• Define and plan analog design activities, including schedules and technical milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and lead design reviews, tracking and implementing agreed improvements for better circuit performance.
• Analyze layout-related parasitic effects and collaborate closely with layout teams to optimize performance, power, and area.
• Perform silicon-to-simulation correlation and contribute to ongoing design refinement and validation processes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and supporting collaborative problem-solving across the global organization.

What You’ll Need:

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.
• Experience with one or more analog/mixed-signal IC design tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys Custom Compiler).
• Comfortable working in UNIX-based environments.
• Industry experience in CMOS analog design or advanced academic specialization (ADC, DAC, PLL, Rx, Tx, voltage references) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SerDes system-level concepts is a plus.
