You Are:

You are a passionate and driven engineer with a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and memory circuit design. Your expertise in SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, RC networks, and FinFET fundamentals enables you to deliver exceptional solutions in high-performance and low-power memory architectures. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to complex projects, leveraging your hands-on experience in designing innovative circuits that push the boundaries of technology.

You possess a strong proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, or Shell, enabling you to automate workflows and optimize design processes. You enjoy tackling technical challenges, analyzing and characterizing timing, power, and leakage, and constantly seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and optimizing high-performance, low-power SRAM memory circuits for advanced semiconductor products.
  • Characterizing and analyzing timing, power, and leakage across various memory architectures.
  • Applying deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, RC networks, and FinFET fundamentals to enhance design quality.
  • Developing and automating internal flows using Perl, Python, or Shell scripting to streamline engineering processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integration and verification of memory IP.
  • Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives within the engineering group.

  • Deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, SRAM memory design, RC networks, FinFET fundamentals, and general semiconductor physics.
  • Hands-on experience in designing high-performance, low-power circuits, with a focus on memory circuits.
  • Proficiency in Perl, Python, or Shell scripting for automation and internal flow development.
  • Strong analytical skills in timing, power, and leakage characterization of memory architectures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
