What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing comprehensive silicon validation test plans for embedded memory compilers based on architectural features and requirements.
  • Analyzing silicon data from test chips, debugging issues, and consolidating results for cross-functional reporting.
  • Creating and refining test programs, including pattern generation and electrical test development.
  • Resolving silicon validation and test issues creatively, leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Interfacing with multiple teams across global sites to ensure seamless technical communication and integration.
  • Documenting and presenting silicon validation results, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of SRAM, memory bit cell architecture, and CMOS circuit operation.
  • Hands-on experience with EDA/CAD tools for schematic, layout, and spice simulation.
  • Proficiency in debugging and problem-solving silicon and test program issues.
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Python) for automation and analysis.
  • Exposure to pattern generation, electrical test, and silicon data analysis methodologies.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join the Test & Analysis team within the Solutions Group, a diverse and dynamic group responsible for confirming silicon functionality, robustness, and spice-to-silicon correlation for embedded memories. The team leads all aspects of silicon validation for memory compilers, including test planning, silicon testing, analysis, debugging, and reporting. Together, you will drive innovation and excellence in memory IP development.
