Your expertise spans the entire lifecycle of solution development—from initial specification to hands-on implementation, customer engagement, and iterative refinement. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the development of advanced physical verification solutions within the InDesign-ICV team, focusing on metal fill, track-based fill, and power/ground augmentation for IR drop optimization.
- Driving the creation and enhancement of thermal integrity solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor nodes, ensuring compliance with physical design rules, timing, and IR constraints.
- Owning projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and design specification to development, testing, and customer interaction—ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that supports professional growth.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to refine solutions and address evolving industry needs.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our IC Validator tool, leveraging your expertise to drive performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Exploring and adopting new technologies and languages, such as ICV PXL, to expand the functionality and adaptability of our solutions.

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in developing and leading large-scale software projects, preferably in EDA or semiconductor domains.
- Expert proficiency in C/C++ development, with a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions.
- Experience with physical design, placement, and routing flows in EDA tools.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, Design Thinking, and use of design patterns.
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop in new languages, such as ICV PXL.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including project ownership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and customer-facing interactions.
