What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a group of event professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive event strategies that align with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
- Managing event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers, and overseeing all logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and experiential elements.
- Coordinating with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to maximize collaborative opportunities, brand exposure, and value-added offerings.
- Collaborating across marketing to utilize digital channels, social media platforms, and online tools to promote events, driving audience engagement before, during, and after each event.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of events using KPIs such as attendance, engagement metrics, demand generation, and ROI, and reporting insights for continuous improvement.
- Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and corporate branding, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies including health and safety protocols and data protection requirements.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate event management, campaign planning, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor relations.
- Expertise with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and event promotion tools.
- Ability to analyze event performance using KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI calculations.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, health and safety standards, and data protection requirements.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in event management and corporate branding.
