What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Business Process Analysis providing guidance on best practices, project execution and professional development.
  • Oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects and ensure that they are on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units and external partners to design and implement tools to automate processes, enhance data visibility and support business goals.
  • Lead efforts to optimize business processes through automation and data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor and/or Masters Degree degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in applications engineering, software development, or digital transformation, with focus on business process improvement and data analytics.
  • 3+ years of management experience, leading teams of analysts and engineers.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation strategics, including automation, cloud-based solutions (Salesforce, SAP), and advanced analytics.
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be part of our Customer Engagement and Success (CES) Business Infrastructure organization, a group of professionals who are passionate about technology and innovation. Our team is focused on implementing digital transformation and data analytics processes that help improve the productivity and impact of our customer facing organization. We work collaboratively across geographical and organizational boundaries to drive revenue growth and accelerate the pace of business closure.
