You Are:

You are an ambitious sales professional with a talent for prospecting and lead qualification. Driven by results, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with potential customers to drive new business. You are comfortable using CRM systems and sales automation tools, and you excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying, qualifying, routing, and administering leads efficiently within the sales process.
  • Generating new business through targeted account-based marketing, email and call campaigns.
  • Following up on prospects inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating meetings, demos, and appointments with opportunity owners.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Technicalteams to drive sales targets and support campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
  • Researching and engaging prospects in existing accounts to uncover new market opportunities and expand account intelligence.
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity by updating lead/contact information and reporting on lead activity per territory.
  • Contributing to process improvements in lead generation and qualification, and participating in special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field with 0+ years’ experience in an inside sales function, sales or presales environment of complex technical / industrial products OR 4+ years’ experience in an inside sales function, sales or presales environment of complex technical/industrial products
  • Technical aptitude or at least 1 year of experience in an industrial/technical sales environment.
  • Outstanding record of customer service and satisfaction, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Experience leveraging social media to identify and engage key decision makers.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy, including familiarity with sales automation tools and processes.
  • Interest in participating in regular technical training about multiphysics simulation.
  • Strong networking abilities and the capability to build trust and meaningful connections.
  • Fluency in English and in Italian.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for events, tradeshows, and customer engagements.
