Senior Technical Account Manager (High-Tech)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establish long-term sustainable relationships with key customers, by aligning Synopsys simulation and analysis solutions with the client's key business initiatives; serving as the customer's primary contact for all technical activities.
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team, toidentify, define, and execute strategic technical engagements to meet growth targets in the short and long term.
- Managea large rangeof worldwide resources from technical, product, development,salesand marketing to deliver customer success.
- Ensure the customer’s needs are mapped to business impact andcommunicatedeffectively with all stakeholdersimpactingthe performance, reliability, and long-term value of the solution.
- Coordinate with account-based marketing to drive technology proliferation campaigns including adoption and deployment.
- Participate and contribute to field-factory interlock on Synopsys S&A product enhancement and competitive solution positioning.
- Define and drive technical campaigns for complex engagements and advise on industry-related trends.
- Establish best practices and frameworks thatdrivesconsistency and excellence in technical engagement models, customer success methodologies, and cross-team collaboration.
- Activelycontributeto talent development, onboarding, and knowledgesharing acrossthrough coaching andmentorship intechnical strategy,customer engagement,and stakeholder management.
- Proactively own criticalescalationsanddefinedecision points necessarytoresolvecritical customer challenges andensuringlong-term success.
- Influence organizational strategy, contributing insights from the field to shape broader business initiatives, market approaches, and investment priorities.

What You’ll Need:
- Required education and degree type: BS or MS or PhD inElectronics, Thermal, Mechanicalengineeringor related field
- Required minimum years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+12, MS+10, or PhD+7
- Minimum of 4 years in customer facing technical role such as application engineering, technical support, or consulting servicesleveragingsimulation software
- Demonstrated understanding of Synopsys S&A solutions, how they can be applied to customer applications, and the ability to communicate the technical engagements and business impact with the account across all physics and product lines effectively
- Strongproficiencywith Synopsys simulation and analysis (S&A) tools and workflows in the electromagnetic, signal integrity, or semiconductor-related areas is preferred
- Previousexperience working in Electronics, particularly in high-frequency, or semiconductor domains is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaboration across a global team
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and C-level executives
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25–50%)
