Director Product Management – Hardware‑Assisted Verification (HAV)

You Are:
You are a highly effective technical program leader with a deep understanding of System Software (SW) or Application Software Product Life Cycle (PLC) and Hardware‑Assisted Verification (HAV) flows and use cases. You thrive in driving execution across complex HW/SW systems and fostering close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
You possess strong technical program management skills, with the ability to translate product intent into executable plans and deliver with quality and predictability. You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional programs and driving teams through ambiguity to execution. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and are passionate about delivering technology that moves the industry forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive end‑to‑end technical program management for HAV platforms, including ZeBu, HAPS, and next‑generation emulation and prototyping systems.
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with account and field teams, product engineering teams and internal stakeholders to align execution with customer commitments, EA/LCA programs, and deployment timelines.
- Drive cross‑functional core teams across R&D, PAE, Manufacturing Operations, GTM to deliver committed features and platforms.
- Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking, including creation and maintenance of execution dashboards.
- Drive release readiness across hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement, including go/no‑go reviews.
- Continuously improve execution rigor, scalability, and operational excellence across HAV programs.

What You’ll Need:
- 15+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in EDA, semiconductors, systems, or system software.
- Strong understanding EDA flows, Hardware‑Assisted Verification (HAV) flows, emulation, prototyping, or complex HW/SW systems.
- Proven experience driving large, cross‑functional programs with hardware and software components.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs on time and with high quality.
- BS in EE, CS, CE, or related field; MS preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
