  • Reducing project schedules for customers through optimized chip design processes.
  • Driving the adoption of advanced design methodologies and AI-driven techniques.
  • Contributing to the development of next-generation processes and models for chip manufacturing.
  • Improving the overall quality and performance of customer projects.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with customers through effective technical account management.

What You’ll Need:

  • Design Implementation experience with industry-standard tools (Placement, Optimization, CTS, Routing).
  • RTL to GDSII full flow experience or knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Advanced Node & Design methodologies.
  • Experience with Synopsys backend tools (Logical and Physical Synthesis, AI methodologies, Timing Closure techniques, Macro Placement, Routing at advanced nodes, Static Timing Analysis, including noise analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Who You Are:

  • Customer-sensitive with the ability to manage multiple issues and set priorities.
  • Passionate about helping customers exploit new technologies.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
