What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing strategies to achieve your product vision, considering customer needs, competitive landscape, and Synopsys’ capabilities.
• Driving product planning and management, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives.
• Conducting market trend analysis, assimilating customer feedback, and performing competitive assessments to shape product requirements and long-term roadmaps.
• Defining go-to-market plans, creating sales and product collateral, and positioning Synopsys Go to Market Teams for TCAD success.
• Building and managing relationships with key customers to influence the TCAD market and drive adoption.
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing targeted plans to exploit these, including opportunity qualification and discovery.
• Educating and empowering Field Applications Engineers to expand Synopsys TCAD footprint at customer sites.

What You’ll Need:

• Relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics; MBA preferred.
• Deep expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem and proficiency in writing Marketing Requirements Documents.
• Established industry relationships with key companies and leaders in semiconductor requirements.
• Ability to influence and manage across all levels of Synopsys to drive TCAD market share ahead of trends.
• Exceptional results-driven mindset and ability to deliver under time pressure.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
