You Are:
As the Senior Director, Product Management, you are a visionary leader with a proven track record in the semiconductor and EDA industries. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Your expertise spans process/device simulation, calibration, atomistic modeling, and digital twin technologies. You are adept at translating complex customer needs into actionable product roadmaps, and you excel at fostering collaboration among engineering, product, and sales teams.
Your leadership is defined by your ability to inspire, mentor, and expand a high-performing team, ensuring alignment to Synopsys' initiatives and delivering innovative solutions ahead of market demand. You are comfortable operating both as a strategic individual contributor and as a manager, guiding your team to meet ambitious goals. Your industry reputation is built upon trust, deep relationships, and your ability to drive thought leadership. You are passionate about expanding Synopsys’ influence in the TCAD space, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering differentiated products that set industry standards. Your communication skills enable you to engage stakeholders at every level, from technical teams to executive partners, ensuring the value of Synopsys' offerings is understood and championed across the semiconductor ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve your product vision, considering customer needs, competitive landscape, and Synopsys’ capabilities.
- Driving product planning and management, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives.
- Conducting market trend analysis, assimilating customer feedback, and performing competitive assessments to shape product requirements and long-term roadmaps.
- Defining go-to-market plans, creating sales and product collateral, and positioning Synopsys Go to Market Teams for TCAD success.
- Building and managing relationships with key customers to influence the TCAD market and drive adoption.
- Identifying new market opportunities and developing targeted plans to exploit these, including opportunity qualification and discovery.
- Educating and empowering Field Applications Engineers to expand Synopsys TCAD footprint at customer sites.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Enhancing Synopsys’ presence and footprint within TCAD Simulation, Atomistic Modeling, and Digital Twin markets.
- Expanding the TCAD offering by developing innovative solutions and entering adjacent markets.
- Driving optimal integration with ecosystem partners and collaborating closely with Synopsys R&D teams.
- Strengthening Synopsys' influence and thought leadership in the EDA and semiconductor industries through compelling presentations and industry engagement.
- Building trust-based relationships with partners to facilitate collaboration and proactive management of partnership dynamics.
- Navigating complex partnership discussions and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics; MBA preferred.
- Deep expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem and proficiency in writing Marketing Requirements Documents.
- Established industry relationships with key companies and leaders in semiconductor requirements.
- Ability to influence and manage across all levels of Synopsys to drive TCAD market share ahead of trends.
- Exceptional results-driven mindset and ability to deliver under time pressure.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Together, you shape the roadmap, drive innovation, and champion Synopsys’ vision in the semiconductor industry.
