You Are:
A strategic thinker with a proven track record of influencing business outcomes through HR initiatives. You possess strong business acumen and are adept at learning business objectives quickly. You have a knack for building organizational strategies and talent plans, and your analytical skills are second to none. You have experience in organizational design, change management, and building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization. You are a leader and brave communicator, capable of offering just in time and constructive feedback and helping leaders and managers bring their best to their roles. You have a track record of supporting and driving organizational and talent strategies. As a people champion, business accelerator, and talent expert, you are ready to have a lasting impact on our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategically partnering with business leaders to accelerate business outcomes.
Working on big problems and opportunities, proactively identifying and addressing them.
Building future bench and upscaling capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires.
Executing talent and workforce strategies.
Instilling a culture that resonates with Synopsys values.
Delivering, in partnership with our People team partners, HR programs to the business.
Working with leaders to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do their best work in service to our customers.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $201,000-$301,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
