What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and assist in coordinating technical activities throughout sales opportunities, including customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Analyze customer technical needs, infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows to identify optimal solutions.
- Create and demonstrate simulation solutions that streamline workflows and support the software sales process.
- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance solution suites, presales/sales enablement, and personal professional development.
- Articulate Synopsys' value proposition across its portfolio of products, tailoring messaging to varied customer requirements.
- Instruct introductory and intermediate training classes on Synopsys product usage, fostering knowledge and adoption among customers.
- Develop elegant, practical solutions for complex business problems by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Build technical credibility with customers and translate their needs into actionable product development requests.
- Deliver hands-on deployment services, ensuring customer success metrics are achieved and exceeded.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support customer engagement and product excellence.

What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an engineering software environment; 3 years is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Synopsys software or similar commercial CAE, CAD, EDA packages.
- Strong knowledge of Power Integrity (PI), Signal Integrity (SI), and EMI simulation and measurement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including webinar and presentation facilitation.
- Fluent English writing and presentation skills.
- Logical problem-solving approach with clear communication of solutions to customers.
- Professional image and business acumen in customer interactions.
- Organizational and follow-up skills with a sense of urgency.
- Python programming skills and IC/3DIC design knowledge are a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 60% as required.
