You Are:

You are a seasoned Applications Engineering professional with a deep understanding of technical and engineering principles. You thrive in complex problem-solving environments and have a strong background in virtual prototyping and the automotive industry. You excel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving intricate technical issues and are adept at deploying and training customers on new implementations. Your ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, sets you apart. You are proficient in programming with C on various operating systems like Linux and RTOS, and you bring over a decade of relevant industry experience to the table. Additionally, your proficiency in Mandarin and English enables you to navigate and lead in a multicultural setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing technical and engineering insight to support and enhance product usability and adoption.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues on customer installations.
• Deploying and training customers on new implementations and capabilities.
• Reviewing and analyzing feedback on product performance from customers and application partners.
• Working with R&D to develop technical roadmaps, specifications, and validation for product improvements.
• Partnering with customer technical leaders and sales to identify business challenges and develop technical solutions.
• Leading the technical support for engagements initialization and deployments for automotive solution proposals.
• Enabling advanced methodologies to meet customer goals using Synopsys tools.

• Strong background in virtual prototyping and automotive industry experience.
• Knowledge of SoC HW/SW integrations and validations.
• Experience in project or technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in programming with C on various operating systems like Linux and RTOS.
• 20 years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluency in Japanese and proficient English for business communication.
