In this role, you should apply CAD engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems:
Works with foundry Process Design Kits – installation and testing.
CAD utilities development and maintenance used for NVM custom PDKs setup automation,

In this role, you should apply CAD engineering methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of technical problems:
Works with foundry Process Design Kits – installation and testing.
CAD utilities development and maintenance used for NVM custom PDKs setup automation,
- Be responsible for daily CAD support activities.
- CAD utilities development and maintenance used for NVM custom PDKs setup automation,
- Internal tools maintenance used for design and OPS flows automation,
- Be responsible for daily CAD support activities.
- BS or MS in Electrical engineering or Computer Science,
- Good knowledge of CMOS process technology, device physics and processes used in Semiconductor technology,
- Has basic knowledge of UNIX OS and scripting languages: Tcl, Shell, Groovy (optional)
- Familiarity with, at least one OOP language: Python, Java,
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab is a plus,
- Good English language skills,
- Ability to research and study technical documentation.
