What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in developing analog and mixed-signal IC layouts for CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies using industry-leading Synopsys layout tools.
- Translate electrical schematics into precise physical layouts while ensuring strict adherence to design rules, guidelines, and project specifications.
- Support physical verification processes, including Design Rule Check (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS), to ensure design integrity and manufacturability
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to resolve layout-related issues and optimize designs for performance and yield.
- Document layout methodologies, design modifications, and maintain robust version control to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in layout reviews, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (or relevant technical diploma).
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics, including CMOS, FinFET, and GAA technologies
- Familiarity with integrated circuit (IC) design concepts and layout flow.
- Experience or coursework using Synopsys layout CAD tools.
- Ability to interpret analog and mixed-signal schematics accurately.
