What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Defining, developing, and verifying semiconductor integrated circuit digital and mixed-signal circuits for high-performance applications.
  • Generating comprehensive design and verification specifications to guide the development lifecycle.
  • Determining architecture design, logic design, test bench design, and test case development for robust circuit validation.
  • Evaluating and exercising various aspects of the ASIC development flow, including RTL development, functional simulation, constraint development, DFT logic, synthesis, timing analysis, power analysis, behavioral modeling, and verification coverage metrics.
  • Calculating, analyzing, and investigating power consumption for mixed-signal designs to optimize efficiency and performance. 
  • Generating detailed documentation for circuit development, test plans, verification environments, and usage guidelines.
  • Participating in the evaluation and troubleshooting of digital and mixed-signal circuits to ensure quality and reliability. 
  • Building productive working relationships with internal teams and, occasionally, with organizational and external customers to facilitate project success.



What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive experience in digital and mixed-signal ASIC design and verification, including RTL development and functional simulation.
  • Strong proficiency in hardware description languages (HDL) such as Verilog or VHDL, and experience with SystemVerilog for verification.
  • Solid understanding of EDA tools for synthesis, timing analysis, power analysis, and behavioral modeling. 
  • Expertise in creating and utilizing test benches, test cases, and verification environments. 
  • Ability to analyze and optimize power consumption in mixed-signal designs. 
  • Experience with design for testability (DFT) and constraint development.
  • Outstanding technical documentation skills for recording specifications, test plans, and usage instructions.
