What You’ll Be Doing:

• Interfacing directly with foundry and customer teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Proposing and implementing smart automation solutions to improve tool and runset efficiency.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality runset development within release schedules.
• Making technical assessments and decisions to identify optimal approaches for meeting customer expectations.
• Designing development methods and workflows to make sure we deliver runsets on time.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other product groups like StarRC, Field Team to drive feature enhancements and reduce release cycles.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in VLSI, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years or Master’s with 2+ years of hands-on experience in physical verification and runset development.
• Proficiency with at least one physical verification tool (ICV, Calibre, or PVS/Pegasus).
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Perl, Shell, or TCL.
• Experience with software development processes, including project planning, version control, and bug tracking.
• Ability to understand and translate customer requirements from a physical design perspective.
